1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/3 cup pecan pieces, chopped
1/2 cup celery, minced
2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, cranberries, pecans, celery, parsley and tarragon. Stir to combine. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
